s.a.b. Gesundheits- und Badeparks have been operated since the company adopted a new concept in the Year of 2007 – from the sole operation of the facilities to the management with operational partners who carry their own responsibility, principally in collaboration with qualified regional and supra-regional entrepreneurs and companies.
The opportunities differ from one facility to the next and range from leasing single units to an interest in the respective project company to the complete operations including the overall responsibility.
The goal of s.a.b. is a coop consisting of experienced specialists. For the whole duration of the PPP project from the start it will provide a guarantee the necessary continuity and reliability to the community.
